Genesis10 is seeking a Sr Program Manager for a leading company in San Diego, CA. This is a 9-month remote contract role. W2 pay rate is $90-110/hr.
Candidates applying must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder and able to work on a W2 basis directly with Genesis10.

Job Duties:

• Implement program management process: in-take process, prioritization, Gantt chart, funnel reporting, project updates.
• Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with stakeholders, including timeline development, requirement documentation, milestone coordination, UAT, change management, and lessons learned
• Create and submit key documents/policies for data privacy, legal, data governance.
• Partner with technical team members to develop and monitor alerts/notification for ETL and KPI performance.
• Build strategy to develop partnership with key stakeholders to collect their roadmap/projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Your working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes will empower to exceptionally manage time, facilitate communication, and organize the team projects/timelines.
• 1+ years working experience as project/program manager.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with systems such as Github or Smartsheet
• Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Nice to have experience working with data engineers, business analysts, data scientists.
