What You'll Do:

As a business analytics consultant on our team, you'll:

• Transform business processes and analytics into highly automated and interactive applications, workflows, and dashboards using the Microsoft Power Platform

• Develop solutions and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate

• Leverage quantitative modeling techniques to data through use of Power Query

• Analyze and process data, while creating and maintaining models and report templates and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions using data engineering tools like Databricks or low-code-no-code applications, including Microsoft Power Apps, Automate, and Dataverse

• Provide business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from data processing and data analysis for program, financial, and acquisition management activities

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience analyzing and managing data, including data visualization, data management, data governance, data strategy, data policy, or data engineering

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps or Power Automate, to help improve business processes and analytics

• Experience analyzing data to answer questions and solve problems

• Experience visualizing data to identify or communicate key insights

• Experience documenting improvements to business processes, workflows, and analytics

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with the DoD

• Experience with Microsoft Power Query, Databricks, or SQL for data engineering

• Experience with MS Dataverse

• Experience with process improvement approaches and methodologies, including Business Process Reengineering, Lean Six Sigma, or Continuous Process Improvement

• Ability to synthesize results and deliver presentations to product owners or stakeholders

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing organizational processes

• Microsoft Certification, including Power Platform Certification
