About The Job

Dudek is seeking a Business Operations Analyst. The Business Operations Analyst works closely with division leadership to execute daily activities and to streamline financial process efficiencies

Who You Are

Dudek is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst. The Senior Business Operations Analyst works closely with division leadership to oversee daily activities and to streamline financial process efficiencies

Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for daily financial activities including data entry, expenses, purchase orders, billing and banking for various entities.
    • Periodic, Quarterly and Year-End Financial Reporting.
    • Support Business Operations Manager in set-up and maintenance of various accounts.
    • Tracking of various license requirements across the division.
    • Maintain records on Central Repository Site.
    • Support Business Operations Manager with annual tax filings with CPA Firm and various entities across the division.
    • Streamline processes and procedures to for greater efficiency and data processing.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or a related field
  • 5 + years' experience in financial operations management in accounting and finance within the A/E/C industry.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Excellent Organizational Skills, detail-oriented individual is a must.
  • Ability to adapt and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills - intermediate to advanced Excel skills, as well as proficiency in other Microsoft products
  • Work independently, demonstrating initiative and follow-up.

  • This job operates in a remote or office-based environment and this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, etc.
  • This job requires occasional project site visits-based outdoors which can include excessive noise, uneven walking surfaces, extreme weather, moving vehicles and equipment.

Proposed Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000 annually *

*Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual's related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
