Sony Professional Display Solutions is looking for an experienced Commercialization Manager to achieve organizational goals by managing day-to-day business progress. Concurrently, this person will manage Sony's CLED, dvLED product line, including P&L responsibility. Individual will be responsible for setting product route to market, pricing and programs toward achieving sales success with the category at our key sales channel partners. The Commercialization Manager will also work closely with our customers and Japan in developing future products that meet the needs of the market, while maintaining intelligence of the competitive offerings to ensure we remain competitive.

Ultimately, the Business Manager will be responsible for maintaining successful daily business practices and ushering in a new era of growth.

Responsibilities:

• Drive PDCA cycle together with the leadership team to achieve organizational goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

• Closely work with the Business Planner who manages product incomings, shipments, and allocations, and assisting in monitoring the sales progress of each month.

• Collect and analyze long-term sales and market research data to define yearly fiscal business targets.

• Preparation & presentation of key topics at business review and planning meetings with Japan HQ.

• Internal operational support across departments to maintain business continuity.

• Preparation & delivery key route to market sales information to the various Sony sales teams

Sony's CLED product offerings are manufactured to fill needs for applications such as signage, collaboration, visualization and virtual production, in segments such as Corporate, Education, Broadcast, Production and Government.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in a business management or similar role

• Experience in developing business strategy

• Strong ability with financial and budgetary processes, including P&L management

• Superior leadership skills, with focus on analytics, process improvement, and development of continued business practices

• Experience in forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain

• Strong ability with database and information systems software such as: SAP (BW & PRP), Power BI, Microsoft Suite of Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access)

• Skillset in proactively driving the business engaging with field sales and with partners.

• Background in technical and product marketing experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong presentation skills, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills

• Experience with dvLED (Direct-View LED) is a plus

• Experience working in Virtual Production is a plus

• Experience working for similar professional display companies is a plus

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $116,000 to $154,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave after three months of employment,a 401k plan with matching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave after six months of employment.
