We're looking for someone like you to propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.

As an IT business analyst, you'll develop leading-edge ServiceNow solutions, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure the fulfillment of a diverse set of stakeholder requests. Partnering with our team of agile project managers, solutions architects, and engineers, you'll identify clients' business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll support a key initiative within a large organization and fulfill needs by creating deployable features. Together, you'll deliver high business value products to our clients and the U.S. Navy.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience in Department of Defense or Department of the Navy engineering, science management, operations research analysis, financial analysis, or cost analysis
• Experience delivering ServiceNow development capabilities to an enterprise organization, including the creation of user stories
• Experience working as part of an integrated project team leveraging Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of technical concepts, best practices, and developing client solutions using ServiceNow
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction, and communicate clearly with clients
• Ability to facilitate technical discussions and anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues within an information technology environment
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience drafting technical requirements documentation
• Experience with multiple ServiceNow products and services
• Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Customer Service Management (CSM) best practices
