Introduction to the job

This position will be part of the global Center of Excellence (CoE) within Global Enabling Services (GES) with a primary focus on ASML US projects. It provides guidance to drive continuous improvements and will support business transformation projects as a project manager. The Finance Business Analyst / Project Manager will lead a business process management project and support existing Project Managers with their running transformation projects.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

Role and responsibilities
  • Administer the migration of Finance business process documents to a new system where it can be aligned with ASML's way of working.
  • Work cross-functionally to manage the migration of documents.
  • Advise stakeholders on current system capabilities and constraints.
  • Prioritize requirements based on analysis and assessment of dependencies and complexities.
  • Design and develop solutions using agile project management methodology; create test scripts, organize and administer unit acceptance testing, and implement solutions.
  • Create training and change management plans to fully realize benefits of improvement.
  • Support existing project managers with their running transformation projects including stakeholder management, change management, UAT, and managing project schedules.

Education and experience
  • Working towards a degree in business, project management or equivalent.
  • Familiar with business project management.
  • Familiar with implementation of business transformation, integration and change projects.
  • Familiar with running projects using waterfall and agile methodology.
  • Familiar in applying lean methodology.
  • Experience with working in a (project) team.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing.

  • Ensuring state of the art solutions (processes, tools, data) are developed and applied that deliver on the needed requirements.
