Responsibilities
- Administer compensation and benefit plans.
- Talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Conduct employee onboarding.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Assist in payroll processing as needed.
- Maintain employee files and records electronically.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees' HR-related queries.
- Ensure smooth and effective HR operations to deliver maximum value to the organization.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager
- Understanding of human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office will be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
- Additional HR training will be a plus
- 3-5 years experience (required)
- ADP Workforce Now & QuickBooks experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource (preferred)
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00
