Job Description

Reynolds is one of the largest community colleges in Virginia and serves Virginia’s capital city and five nearby counties. Annually, our four campus sites serve approximately 13,000 credit students and provides training for 7,400 students through the Community College Workforce Alliance. The duties of this role include:
  • Financial Aid Reconciliation
  • Online filing of all Out of out-of-state taxes and filing paperwork in the office.
  • Completion of monthly bank reconciliations in QuickBooks and filing of paperwork in the office.
  • Assist with AIS Cardinal Reconciliation
  • Other duties as assigned.

Special Assignments

May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.

KSA's/Required Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Medium level knowledge and experience of MS Excel, MS Word, QuickBooks, Outlook, and Emails.
  • Ability to handle large amounts of data and ability to communicate effectively.

Additional Considerations
Current experience with primary job objectives (Financial Aid Reconciliation, Bank Recons, and filing out-of-state taxes).
