We have a career opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our dedicated team of ten. We are looking for an outstanding HR Professional to join us, based in the Southwest or California. We may consider, based on candidate preference, other work locations where Parametrix has an office. This position would have the ability to work fully remotely (if not proximity to a Parametrix office) with occasional travel to gain mentorship, build connections, and forge team camaraderie. This position will gain exposure to business strategy, employee relations, leadership capability and coaching, HR communications, and team directly with our Operations and Talent functions.

Who you are:

Experienced! With solid understanding of the human resources field and 6+ years of progressive HR experience. AEC experience highly preferred.

Present! This position may require occasional travel to build relationships, engage in strategic conversations, and support the firm in important business decisions.

Base salary for this position is in the range of $85,000-115,000+. Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, location, and role. Equity review is conducted for all positions. All employee-owners are eligible for performance-based bonuses based on key contributions. Salaries are reviewed at least once annually as part of our compensation program.
