Responsibilities:

• Excellent delivery of Accounting courses (5-8 courses annually) across any/all modalities.
• Contribute to the University and one’s professional development via the following activities:
  • Act as subject matter expert during the creation and redevelopment of accounting courses
  • Participate in accreditation-related activities, including ACBSP
  • Support program development
  • Support and lead curriculum-related projects and initiatives
  • Lead faculty in curriculum and assessment-related activities related to accounting programs
  • Engage in scholarly activities
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate Degree in Accounting Doctorate Degree in related field with 18 graduate hours in Accounting.
• Active CPA license
• Three to five years of business, or industry experience appropriate to the course subject matter.
• Two to five years of previous teaching experience.
• Experience developing programs and/or curriculum development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a leadership or administrative role in an academic setting
• Experience participating in an accreditation process

All Degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution or equivalent
