We are seeking a talented individual with a background in automation in the healthcare industry to join Enovis as an Associate Business Analyst. As a key member of the Healthcare Solutions (HCS) Team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.

WHAT WILL YOUR TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

• Collaborates with users to identify, define, and document business rules, process improvement options and alternatives as directed by business needs.
• Analyzes business problems to be solved with automated systems and verifies that solutions align with specified requirements.
• Evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, and distinguishes user requests from underlying true needs.
• Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner.
• Demonstrates the ability to integrate technical skills with knowledge of the business to provide effective information systems solutions.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS WILL YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on IT experience, encompassing all various phases of a software implementation project.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust internally and externally.

WILL YOU BE REQUIRED TO TRAVEL?

• Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Typical work-related travel assignments range 1-5 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays may be required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Typical office environment.
• Physical Demands: May occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, keyboard, phone, print. Required to talk and hear. Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time and use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and to manipulate keys on a keyboard and operate portable input devices (e.g., smart phone, mouse). May occasionally reach with hands and arms. Must have the ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time.
