We are a growing technology-based company, and we are looking for a motivated relationship-building Director of Business Development for Winnow AI.

The Director, Business Development-Winnow AI will work to improve sales and overall business growth. As an important component of the largest health care talent software platform in the United States, Winnow is a growing technology company that requires motivated hunters who are familiar with navigating health care systems and organizations. The Director of Business Development is someone who thrives in disrupting the status quo. They have an in-depth understanding of all company products and services, and the skills and industry knowledge required to sell them. To be successful, you should be able to explain product and service specifications clearly and concisely. The top candidate should have excellent problem-solving, people, and advanced technology skills. They will need to explain the platform and its A.I.-powered engine and identify how the platform can resolve the client's hiring pain points.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a sales territory with operating plan
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and liaison to other Aya Healthcare sales teams as they introduce Winnow AI to existing clients.
  • Responsible for generating leads and growing market share with current and new clients
  • Serve as the expert for qualifying new sales opportunities through systematic discovery of business opportunities
  • Structure detailed strategic plans for building new business relationships with key stakeholders and "C" level executives within client healthcare organizations
  • Define territory strategy
  • Attain buy-in and commitment from physician recruiting department and medical leadership throughout sales process
  • Collaborate with Winnow AI Customer Success team to empower medical leadership and maximize pilot conversions
  • Track all pipeline activity in CRM
  • Lead the closing of complex sales cycles including pricing, contracting, and technology implementation strategies
  • Continually expand knowledge of physician recruiting market trends and competitive offerings

Required Qualifications:

  • BS/BA or Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years successful health care SAAS sales experience
  • Ability to generate leads by navigating health care leadership
  • Proven self-starter with energy and motivation to find, develop, and close sales. Must be results-oriented and driven by both financial and career opportunities
  • Strong time management skills a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of products, pricing, competition, and sales objectives
  • Ability to perform consultative demonstrations of the solution with prospective buyers and differentiate from other solutions
  • Proficiency in software applications: Excel, Outlook, CRM
  • Ability to succeed in a competitive selling environment
  • Must be able to work in a distributed team setting

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $130,000 to $150,000 annually, plus commissions.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
