Job Description

The School of Business and Professional Studies at Central Penn College is seeking a faculty member for the Business program at our Summerdale Campus. The position teaches a variety of courses focusing on business, marketing, and/or human resources management. The College operates on four terms per year consisting of 11 weeks each. Full-time faculty are responsible for teaching, developing new course work, advising students, and participating in committee work and campus involvement.
Qualifications include:

• Master's degree in a related field, terminal degree preferred.
• College level teaching experience.
• Ability to develop and teach courses as part of a high quality academic program that prepares students for professional success.
• Demonstrated commitment to on-going professional development and continuous improvement.
• Sensitivity to and understanding of students from diverse educational backgrounds.
• Flexibility to teach day and evening classes on-ground at the Summerdale campus, as well as online.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with students and colleagues.
