To succeed in this role, candidates should have a strong work ethic, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and the necessary skills to organize and plan events, handle office equipment and fulfill other executive needs. Must be passionate about creating opportunities for marginalized members of our community. Must be a licensed MSW with at least five years of diverse experience working with the participants served (homeless, disabled), nonprofit administration, program funding and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the day-to-day administrative and clinical supervisor for all programs.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to all existing programs through regular individual Team Leader supervision.
  • Supervision of MSW staff as they move toward licensure.
  • Responsible for agency program funding regulations and compliance.
  • Over site of program data collection and evaluation.
  • Create a climate that is congruent with the agency culture of diversity, equity inclusion and empowerment.
  • Ensure that staff have appropriate training.
  • Attend management meetings and make recommendations for changes.
  • Manage the time that people work.
  • Manage a budget.
  • Manage staff performance.
  • Monitor the efficient use of company resources.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
  • LMSW (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
