Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking an Assistant Director of Business Services and Program Manager for the School of Social Work (SSW). The Assistant Director will play a central role in the administration and coordination of human resources programs and policies for staff and faculty of the school which includes more than more than 500 full and part-time employees. SSW is a spirited School, committed to a positive workplace culture engaging liberatory consciousness practices. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to serve on SSW and University committees, develop processes and tools in partnership with SSW senior leadership, and work closely with inspiring and highly skilled leaders across different parts of the University. †
Reporting to the Director of Business Services, the Assistant Director is responsible for the daily operations as it relates to human resources programs within the SSW.†

Failure to provide proof of vaccination for any required vaccines or obtain a medical or religious exemption from the University will result in rescission of a candidateís offer of employment or disciplinary action up to and including termination.
