Brief Summary of Work for this Position
The Cameron School of Business is looking for a motivated and energetic individual who is looking for a temporary position at UNCW. The Administrative Associate provides administrative and technical support to the Dean’s Suite in the Cameron School of Business. This position will report to the Assistant Dean of Administration and Resource Management. The Administrative Associate will serve as the first point of contact in the Dean’s Suite and provides information, services, and support to students, guests and other CSB/UNCW units. This position provides general administrative support to the Dean’s Suite such as purchasing, managing departmental supplies, processing large mailings, reconciling budgets, and entering travel authorizations and reimbursements as needed. This position also assists with coordination and logistics on programs such as Business Week, CEN, WITX, etc. The ideal candidate will have good telephone etiquette, the ability to run cross campus errands, and have a positive attitude while greeting the Dean’s visitors.
