Accounting Associate

Job Description

Position Description:
The Accounting Associate is responsible for administering all EEP financial transactions, including processing and tracking Accounts Payable, payments to vendors and faculty, managing the Purchase Order process, and ensuring Accounts Receivable funds are booked, deposited, and allocated properly.

Major responsibilities include monthly reconciliation of University ledgers; entry of revenues, payments and expenses into EEP's registration and financial database system; preparation of various monthly and periodic financial reports. Scope of financial responsibility includes accurate budget tracking for department budget of $9 million and recharges/accounts payable of over $3 million.
