Location

Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Department Information

The Michael A. Leven School of Management, Entrepreneurship and Hospitality consists of three majors, five minors, two centers, and more than 30 full time faculty with diverse research and teaching interests. The School also supports a number of graduate programs including MBA, EMBA, and PhD programs.

Job Summary

Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a nine-month, full-time, non-tenure track, Limited Term Instructor of Management faculty position in the Michael A. Leven School of Management, Entrepreneurship and Hospitality that begins August 2023.

Responsibilities
Deliver four undergraduate courses in management each semester in a variety of modalities (face-to-face, hybrid, online)
Participate in professional service activities essential to the life of the institution.
Work with a wide variety of students from diverse backgrounds.
Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines.

Required Qualifications
A Master’s degree, or the foreign equivalent, in Management or Business Administration.
OR

A Master’s degree, or the foreign equivalent, in a non-related discipline with 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
A terminal degree in management or a related field awarded within the last three years.
Prior experience teaching management classes at an AACSB accredited institution.
Experience teaching in face-to-face, on-line and/or hybrid modalities.
Evidence of teaching and working with a culturally and an ethnically diverse community.
