We are searching for an experienced Assistant Dean of Graduate Programs and Enrollment at our Detroit campus location.

Essential Functions (Job Duties):

Responsible for strategy, planning, developing, organizing, supervising, and evaluating all aspects of graduate students' recruitment, marketing, admissions, retention and yields for the school. Serves as an advocate for students and helps identify and address ways to continuously improve the student application experience. Works collaboratively with the staff throughout the school's graduate program, recruiting and increasing students enrollments.


Unique Duties:

Frequently travel out-of-state and work evenings and weekends.




Master's degree is required, preferably in higher education or related field, doctoral degree in Higher Education or similar area preferred. A track record of strong success in achieving institutional enrollment goals, including recruiting diverse, domestic, and international students. Budgetary experience and an understanding of return on investment for marketing expenditures in the enrollment management space. Must be able to frequently travel out-of-state and work evenings and weekends.
